In-kennel training requires that the dog stays at Kozie's facility for the duration of the training. From basic obedience, advanced off leash, behavior modification, puppy imprinting, or personal protection, Kozie's will customize an in-kennel program just for you and your dog.
During your dogs stay at Kozie's they will receive daily personalized training, along with routine exercise and play time. Each dog is evaluated and the length of time required for training is determined by your dogs, age, temperament, personality and the type of training program that has been chosen for your dog.
A private session is included at the completion of in kennel training to help transition and maintain your dogs new skills at home. You will also receive continued support from Mark and Kozie's Shepherds.

Both private and group lesson are offered at our facility near Mankato, MN. Our custom one on one private training lessons are tailored for you and your dog. This allows us to focus on the specific issues that you need help with. Training not only improves your life but your dog's as well, which means less yelling and frustration for both you and your k9 partner.
Kozie's helps to teach you to maximize your dog's chances of success during the learning process making training fun for both you and your dog. You will learn how to react when your dog makes the wrong choices, which minimizes stress and maximizes learning. Lessons include obedience skills, teaching manners and homework assignments that help you to incorporate the training into your daily routine. Private lessons will vary and are designed to meet the needs of you and your dog.
Our private behavior modification classes assist dog owners who are having difficulties with their pet. Kozie's will help you to deal with various problems such as aggression, barking, chasing cars, chewing, anxiety, digging, fighting, dominance, jumping, fear, shyness, or any other issues you and your dog may be experiencing.
If you have a small or large group, Kozie's is available for group lesson which can be designed to meet the needs of the owners and dogs in the class.
